Jim EttensonRhinebeck Real Estate.com was founded and developed by James S. Ettenson. Jim has held his real estate license since 1992, and is the principal broker and owner of J. With the exception of his college years spent in Ithaca New York, Jim has always called the Mid-Hudson Valley home. Rhinebeck has been his place of residence since 1984. RhondaAs the Administrative Manager for J. Ettenson Realty, Rhonda Hammond runs the day-to-day operations. No one has more experience in writing advertising copy, computer software and putting listings into the multiple listing services than Rhonda.

Rhonda prides herself in giving 110% on everything she does for all of our clients.
In addition to real estate, Rhonda serves as the President of the Board Directors of The Terraces of Brookmeade, the Vice-President of Arbor Ridge of Brookmeade and serves as a member of The Baptist Home Board. Rhonda also is a member of the Town of Rhinebeck Recreation Committee.

After eight plus years "in the business" Rhonda received her New York State Real Estate Salesperson license. Rhonda can now list and sell properties, in turn helping J. Ettenson Realty become the best real estate firm in the Northern Dutchess County market.

KarolinaKarolina Czekaj Trevena joined J. Ettenson Realty the summer of 2009. She has lived and worked in the Hudson Valley for the last 10 years. Clinton Corners is home for her and her family. Karolina is very active and supportive in her local commuity and school districts. She has chaired PTSA and fundraiser benefits in the private and public school sectors. In addition she volunteers for Pointer Rescue and The Vanderbuilt Gardens.

Prior to the Hudson Valley, NYC's east side was home for her and her family. Karolina is a graduate of The Fashion Institute of Technology with a BSA in Marketing. The streets of Seventh Ave were her home. She has extensive experience in the fashion industry working for the Elle Magazine, Bergrof Goodman and Fendi to name a few.

Mary Anne recently returned to New York after 28 years in southeast and central Florida. After graduating from Bard College in 1982 with a degree in Industrial Sociology, Mary Anne moved to Florida and pursued a career in marketing and public relations. In that career, Mary Anne earned the Accredited in Public Relations (APR) and Certified Public Relations Counselor (CPRC) designations and owned a public relations and marketing agency, as well as creating the Town Greeters Welcoming Service website. She also holds a degree in Business Administration from Dutchess Community College and is a graduate of Leadership St. Lucie (FL). She was an adjunct faculty member at Indian River College teaching sales and marketing courses. In addition, she was actively involved with several civic and non-profit organizations, including the Boards of Directors of the Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce, New Horizons of the Treasure Coast and Hospice of the Treasure Coast. She was founding Chairman of the Mount Dora Chamber's Ambassadors Committee and was honored with the "Ambassador of the Year" award in 2005.
